SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: THE BOTOX® COSMETIC GRANT RECIPIENT PRODUCT (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 am PST September 15, 2025 and ends at 9:00 am PST September 16, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Contest Period are void. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 and older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 and older in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void outside the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, in states where registration and/or bonding of the sweepstakes would be required by law, and wherever else prohibited by law. Licensed Healthcare Providers, Customers, Employees, and Contractors of Allergan, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. People who have been a prize winner in any sweepstakes or contest sponsored by the Sponsor during the 2025 calendar year are not eligible. Individuals are eligible to win one (1) maximum sweepstakes/contest by Sponsor per calendar year. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate, you must have an Instagram account. Instagram accounts are free, but subject to Instagram’s Terms of Service. Message and data rates may apply to use of mobile device to enter the Sweepstakes. To qualify to enter the Sweepstakes, you must be an Allē Member.     Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in your Entry being disqualified. You need not include any additional content in your comment. However, if you choose to include additional content, it must be your original work and must not be indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, disparage Sponsor or any other person or party, contain material that is unlawful in any way, mention any off-label uses of Sponsor’s products, make comparative claims relating to Sponsor’s products, or promote an Entrant’s personal venture in the Entry. Your comment will be viewable to the public. By sharing a comment with an Instagram username, you warrant that you are the owner of the identified Instagram account and authorize Sponsor to send you a direct message at that account. By taking the action above, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the Entry limit described below. Sponsor may disqualify your Entry if it finds it to be unlawful or in violation of these Official Rules. Released Parties (as defined in Section 9, below) are not responsible for lost, late, unreceived, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or delayed comments or failure to receive the comment due to limitations of third-party social media platforms, all of which will be void.
LIMIT: You may enter one time during the Sweepstakes Period. Any additional entries will not be counted. Entrants may only use one (1) Instagram account to enter this Sweepstakes. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for the potential winner’s Instagram account. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who registered for the potential winner’s Instagram account. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
SPONSOR'S USE OF SUBMISSIONS: Commenting on Sponsor’s Post constitutes Entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Entries in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, including for commercial use, and to incorporate them into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, Entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights Entrant is granting to use the Entry.
PRIZE DRAWINGS: Sponsor will serve as the administrator for the Sweepstakes and whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around September 16, 2025. One (1) Entrant will be selected as the Winner. Winner will be notified by Direct Message from the @botoxcosmetic account on Instagram. In this Direct Message, Sponsor will ask the Winner to verify that they are the authorized account holder of the Winner’s Instagram account. Winner must submit the requested verification within five (5) days of receiving Sponsor’s verification request. Once verified, Sponsor will send a direct message on Instagram to Winner confirming the verification and asking the Winner to provide their name, mailing address, email address, phone number associated with their Allē account, and date of birth to confirm eligibility and for prize fulfillment purposes. The Winner must respond with the requested information within five (5) days. If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide any requested information within the required time period, or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Winner is disqualified and forfeits their Prize. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If a Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the Prize will remain unawarded.
PRIZES: ONE (1) PRIZE: The Winner will get ONE (1) Beach Cabana Coconut Soy Candle valued at thirty-five dollars ($35.00), ONE (1) The Jefas Box valued at forty dollars ($40.00), and ONE (1) Allē Gift Card valued at two hundred dollars ($200) that is only valid on a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Sweepstakes: $275.00. Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND/OR NONINFRINGEMENT. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize or redeem the Prize for cash or cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: One (1) Prize per Entrant. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) weeks after Winners confirmation is complete. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. RELEASE:By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, or Southwest Airlines Co. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Winner and nominee’s name (including, without limitation, Winner's Instagram handle), prize information, likeness, Entry, photograph (including, without limitation, Winner's Instagram profile photo), voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Potential Winners may be required to sign an additional release to confirm such use. If you choose to share your winnings on your own social media channel, we ask you to disclose that your post is connected to our giveaway by including the following hashtags on your posts: #BOTOXCOSMETICGIVEAWAYWinner, #ThankyouBOTOXCosmetic.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, software, or hardware failures which may occur in connection with the Contest, including human errors and problems which limit either submission of Entries or prize fulfillment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel, modify, or prematurely conclude the Sweepstakes should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other cause beyond its control affect the administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, should any portion of the Sweepstakes become compromised for any reason. Should Sponsor elect to cancel, suspend, modify, or prematurely conclude the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select a winner from Entries submitted prior to taking action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor at such time. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who attempt to compromise or undermine the legitimacy of the Sweepstakes in any way. Should Sponsor become aware of facts after issuing a Prize that suggest an Entry or Entrant violated these Official Rules, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, revoke a previously issued Prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for:
1. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
2. technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
3. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
4. technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries;
5. late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail; or
6. any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, not received, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.
GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Lake County, Illinois and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Lake County, Illinois. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Lake County, Illinois. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing).
PRIVACY; USE OF DATA: The information that entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sponsor’s business, marketing, and research purposes and to send entrant information about the Sweepstakes, the Allē program, and other Allergan Aesthetics’ products and services, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Notice and Terms of Use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that Sponsor may collect and use entrant’s personal information that entrant provides Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
